High Yoga Community Gathering

Join High Yoga School lead teachers Mona Godfrey & Christian Coelho for a special community event consisting of a mindful and strong physical practice, meditation and mantra, and a teacher training Q&A.
In our fast paced world, we can often forget the importance of coming together in community, of sharing practices that support each other’s growth, and to be reigniting our commitment to our spiritual path. This gathering is open to all practitioners and teachers who feel the calling to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga, and for those who would like to know more about High Yoga School and our upcoming trainings, both in London and in Indonesia.
All proceeds will be donated to Sungai Watch, an environmental organisation on a mission to stop plastic from going into the ocean as well as work on enforcing proper waste management at the local level in Indonesia.
