Train with us
Choosing a teacher training course can be overwhelming with so many options to choose from. Here are some of the reasons we believe our training is truly unique:
In-person learning experience
Our program offers individual and group feedback that cannot be replicated virtually.
Supported by community
We are proud to be able to offer a safe and nurturing environment where you will feel supported, heard, and valued during and after the training.
Healing through the practice of yoga
Transformation is at the heart of our training. This is why we highlight ceremony, the study of philosophy, and meditation in our curriculum. These elements are central to creating a sacred space in which to work. A space in which we can overcome our fears and learn, as the Cherokee tradition states, to walk in Beauty.
Grounded in research and science
Yoga is a sacred practice. Nonetheless, research plays a key role in debunking misconceptions as well as ensuring the health and safety of practitioners. You will be provided with a working knowledge of the science of yoga, anatomy, and its applications.
Lifelong learning opportunities
Students are invited to continue their development with us through assisting opportunities in classes, workshops, and retreats around the world. High Yoga School’s graduates receive 10% off our future mentorship courses and advanced trainings.

FAQs
How do I choose the right yoga teacher training program?
Different trainings focus on different aspects of the practice, so content and quality can vary. It is important to find a training that resonates with you. High Yoga brings a strong emphasis to yogic philosophy, and teaches how to incorporate it into asana classes and modern day life, moving beyond form. Our teachers are highly qualified, E-RYT 500 registered with Yoga Alliance, and have instructed and led trainings all over the world.
How do I prepare for a yoga teacher training with High Yoga?
If you haven’t been practicing regularly, we suggest you develop a regular practice routine of a minimum of three hours a week. Begin reading the required course materials, and start learning about the foundations of yoga philosophy.
How much does teacher training cost?
Teacher trainings can vary in pricing, often reflecting the reputation and experience of the lead teachers, as well as the duration and location of the training.
Tuition at High Yoga is £3,300, or £3100 with the early bird discount which ends January 4th, 2026, and the course stretches over a period of 4 months, and takes place in London. We offer one scholarship place every training. The deposit is £500, and is non-refundable. We offer convenient and no-fee payment plans. Click here to read more about Tuition & Policies.
What is the attendance policy?
To obtain a certificate from High Yoga, you must complete all course hours and written assignments. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may make it impossible for you to attend a session. If you miss one or two days, you can schedule a private session with a lead-teacher. The maximum number of private make up sessions is two. These private sessions are not included in the yoga teacher training cost, and would require additional payment. Read more here.
